Also in the Toyosu Sail Park Building (Building B), there will be a "TRIAL HOUSE TAMESU" operated by GOODTIME Co. This 39-unit shared corporate dormitory, based on the concept of "try it and see," will serve as a place to demonstrate new ways of living and working.
It aims to promote the growth of employees through experiments in living centered on the residence rooms, initiatives that contribute to health management, and exchanges among resident companies. This is expected to go beyond the framework of a mere corporate dormitory and function as a "living laboratory" that will generate innovation.
Highly functional office and commercial facilities to enhance Toyosu's urban functions
In addition to incubation facilities and shared corporate dormitories, Toyosu Sail Park will also provide office space that offers a cutting-edge business environment.

Toyosu Sail Park is conveniently located within a 3-5 minute walk from Toyosu Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and Yurikamome Line.
